Impar Capital Asset Management SGEIC, S.A. is a Closed-End Collective Investment Management Company registered with the CNMV under number 192. Its purpose is the administration, representation, and management of investments through the creation of investment vehicles (SICC or FICC). These SICC or FICC will invest their capital in real estate companies focused on the development and/or rehabilitation of projects in Spain.

The founding group of IMPAR CAPITAL consists of professionals with extensive experience in managing investments linked to the financial and insurance sectors, as well as a strong track record in comprehensive management of real estate projects in Spain.

To provide management and advisory services in investments, aiming to maximize our clients’ returns in a moderate-risk investment environment focused on real estate development projects.
