Impar Capital Asset Management SGEIC, S.A. is a Closed-End Collective Investment Management Company registered with the CNMV under number 192. Its purpose is the administration, representation, and management of investments through the creation of investment vehicles (SICC or FICC). These SICC or FICC will invest their capital in real estate companies focused on the development and/or rehabilitation of projects in Spain.

The founding group of IMPAR CAPITAL consists of professionals with extensive experience in managing investments linked to the financial and insurance sectors, as well as a strong track record in comprehensive management of real estate projects in Spain.

We invest in projects with high commercial potential in established areas. We have a Value Add investment profile, meaning we seek to invest in assets where value can be generated through design and repositioning, always optimizing costs at every stage of the project.

Enter with a safety margin on each investment. Target assets in established areas with prices below market value, so that through repositioning and management with our “know-how,” operations, and market reach, we can generate value and additional profit at the time of divestment.
